MARIAH CAREY - "I STAY IN LOVE"

So I casted the new Mariah Carey music video. At first they wanted a big name actor. I called about Patrick Dempsey, Christian Bale, Adrien Grenier, Sean Avery, Benjamin Bratt, and the damn list goes on!!! OMG, I think I was on the phone with every Hollywood agent and manager in town. Then, Nick Cannon, the director on this one, decided to just go with a super male model. I went for the new Guess guy (forgot his name now), but they like this guy named Andrew Karelis from Bleu Models in LA. Here are his pics: (See ladies!! I don't hate..!! Lol!)

And here's the video.  Directed by my man Nick Cannon. (With a little help from super music video producer Roger Ubina...)

CHRIS BROWN & KERI HILSON - "SUPERHUMAN"

So this video was kind of easy to cast. Even though it looks like it's shot in NYC, it's really a sound stage in Manhattan Beach. We had exploding cars, fires, all the bells and whistles! I had to cast the extras that you see in the background. It was a fun job. Chris is really a cool person.

Here's the video. Couldn't get a really good copy, but enjoy!!

USHER - "TRADING PLACES"

Here another recent music video that I casted. Usher's "Trading Places". OMG! They had me audition every girl in the world for this one. At the end of the day, I sold them on this girl named Joey. I met her dancing in the VIP section at Tao in Las Vegas. I flew her out to LA for a photo shoot about 5 months ago with photographer Richard Franklin. Here are some of my favorite shots from that shoot:

She was a total "new face" as we call it.  Never did anything in entertainment on this level.  I always discover the fresh ones!

Usher casted her sight unseen from these pictures.  I guess he trusted me!!  Anyway, the video went great. Usher LOVED her!  I got a personal call.  The girl kinda caught a little 'tude with me tho after the job.  I guess it went to her head... (It always does. Lol!)

Well here's the finished project.  Directed by my boy Chris Robinson.
